1. About these terms

This website, www.theeboldstories.my (the "Store"), is operated by Vital Gear Bold Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"), Level 16, 3, Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By browsing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do our best to show products, colours and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made. Product availability can change without notice.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Promotions and discounts

Promotions, discount codes and sale prices apply only for the stated period and to the stated products, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

5. Shipping

We deliver within Malaysia. Shipping fees and any free shipping conditions are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.

6. Exchanges, refunds and warranty

Exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Manufacturing defects are covered under our TBS MY Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

Content on the Store, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our brand partners. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
