Warranty is subjected to the date of of purchase & frequency of use. Applicable for all products sold by Thee Bold Stories (TBS)
- Luggage: 3 Years
- Backpack: 1 year
- Sling Bag & Accessories: 6 Months
⚪ WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
1.The following is the warranty towards Manufacture Defects in products. The list is a follows:
- Zipper Puller
- TSA Lock issue
- Telescopic Handle issue
- Rubber Handle issue
- Zipper Railing issue
- Wheels replacement
2. Application of Warranty
Application MUST be 24 - 36 Hours after online or Retail Purchase with attachment of receipt as proof of purchase.
⚪WARRANTY EXCLUSION
What is out of our control
1. Any damage caused by accidents (such as dents or cracks) and or abrasions (e.g. transport damage)
2. Exposure to extreme temperature, UV damage, solvents, acids, water, laundering, or bleach/ The natural colour breakdown of colours and materials/ water-resistance coating over extended use
3. Normal wear and tear (including zippers) / Cut or Burnt marks/ Holes on appearance/ Scratches
4. Mould Issues or dirty marks due to bad maintenance of the product/ Improper Use
5. Broken Webbing (Not from manufacturing)
6. Extra threads or frayed fabric
7. Printed Logo Damage
8. Self Repair done
9. Missing parts

1. Fill TBS Warranty Form
Submit the TBS Warranty Form to process your purchase warranty clams (Online or Retail Store)
2. Submission verification
Check your email for warranty submission verification
Note: To protect your warranty, please double-check that all information is correct. Inaccurate applications cannot be processed and will be disqualified

1 . Reach out to TBS team via Contact Us form
Reach out to us via our Contact Us page available on our website. Ensure all required details are accurate to avoid delays in processing
2 . Prepare the Product and Documentation
Clean the item to ensure it is ready for inspection or return. Provide your full name and any other extra documentation
3 . Claim Evaluation
Upon submission, our team will review your claim within 7 working days. Given the claim is approved, we will then contact you to confirm the resolution and next steps
